Dispensing Units & Accessories - DELOMAT

Easy dispensing of Delo adhesives can be achieved with the DELOMAT range of dispensing units and associated accessories.

From single to multiple workstations in semi or fully automatic modes the DELOMAT range can be easily integrated into any production environment.

The range of accessories available to compliment the DELOMAT include: Membrane Dispense Valves, Constriction Tube Valves, 4 Way Distribution Units, Euro Cartridge Holders and Foot Pedals.

DELOMAT100 - Compact Dispensing System

For use at one semi-automated or fully automated workstation

Universal dispensing from pressure tank

Eurocartridge or small cartridge Variable dispensing times can be permanently set on the control panel, or selected for each dispense cycle with external commands

Vacuum facility for low-viscous media in small cartridges, prevents dripping

DELOMAT400 - Programmable Dispensing System

With all the advantages of DELOMAT 100 with extra flexibility

Variable media supply of up to four independent work stations, in either fully or semi-automatic modes

Simple programming of dispense, cycle-and delay times of four channels

Separate control for air outputs, e.g. rotary mechanisms, pneumatic jacks, etc.
