Manual Probe Systems By SemiProbe
SemiProbe produce a range of manual probe systems suitable for Universities, Research & Development facilities, Laboratories and for low volume testing & charracterisation requirements, including the cost-effective LAB Assistant and Probe System For Life (PS4L).
The low-cost LAB Assistant is available in either DC or HF configurations for 6" or 8" wafers / devices and includes all the options required to start testing, out-of-the-box.
The modular Probe System For Life platform, unique to SemiProbe, can be configured according to budget or initial requirements for components up to 300mm. This capability allows the system to be field upgraded with enhanced testing features or levels of automation.

Assistant - HF/Microwave or DC Configurations The LAB Assistant was designed for Research Centers and Universities where the need for a robust system at economical prices is required. The manual probe system is available in either HF/Microwave or DC configurations for up to 150mm/6" devices/wafers (LA-150) or 200mm/8" devices/wafers (LA-200). The system features: * Adjustable contact/separation platen movement. * Coaxial 50 mm X 75 mm X-Y fine stage * Ideal for glove boxes applications where space is tight! * Vacuum chuck * Compact - small footprint * Complete system ready to probe out of the box! |
