tips, high temperature plastic pick-up tools, tungsten carbide die
collets, die ejector needles, adhesive dispensing nozzles, probe
needles, wire bond EFOs. The company also manufactures precision
parts and tools to customer specifications.
Replacement
parts are available for a range of OEM's manufacturers, including
Alphasem, Amadyne, ASM, Datacon, Delvotec, ESEC and Kulicke &
