Equipment Division – Provides manufacturing equipment for the Microelectronic, Photonic, Electronic, Photovoltaic and Semiconductor industries etc.
Material Division – Provides assembly materials and machine consumable items for the Semiconductor, Electronic, Microelectronic, Photonic MEMS and Hybrid assembly industries etc.
Wafer Division – Provides high-quality semiconductor wafers and substrates for the University, Research and Industrial sectors used in micro – and nano – technology applications.
