SemiProbe's compact Semi-auto probe stations are reliable, easy to setup and operate with a rigid design for repeatable results. The systems are Industrial PC controlled with a user-friendly software.
Fully Automatic Wafer Probers
Fast, reliable and economical automatic probing systems for wafers from 100mm to 450 mm. SemiProbe's offer two handling solutions, the MHU for automating their PS4L platform and a FOUP system for integrated facilities.
